Worst Mcd I've ever been to. I'm almost 50 years old... The only spot ocean pines has... They should be shut down... Just the worst! The owner should have it taken away. Clearly they don't care... This has been going on for many years! I'm talking decades!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. We have lived in Ocean Pines for years and it is the absolute worst. I work in the other direction and literally get breakfast at another McDonald's every single day and they're so much better. People are better , service is better, food is better. Just sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Ended up inside because it was so long . "We're short staffed sorry" yet there were literally 6 people at the fry station, SIX. Last time I went I was the only one in line and it took 5 minutes for a large Diet Coke. They're horrible. Last time I even think about give it a chance. It is every single time.

I told the person in the drive thru multiple times “can I have your signature Hot Honey sauce” This has been the third time they have given me Hot Mustard no receipt was given also

Sat in drive though for 15-20 mins and I received freezer cold fries and nuggets my tea was also very bad. I then got sick off the nuggets, throwing up the entire next day. This McDonald needs to get tore down and something else needs to go there, the staff was terrible. Everything about this McDonald is terrible.

Went to drive through and tried to order my family some food. Soda machine broken ice cream machine broken. Then get told to pull up they are waiting on something. After 20 minutes I go in and the manager didnt even know about my order. Shut this dump down
