The staff are all very nice and helpful. The food is inconsistent in quality and more often than not it is stale, over cooked or left out to dry. There are only a few menu items I can order that aren’t always terrible, but lately even those items are coming out stale, or tasting like it’s old food.
Staff is incompetent. Orders are fulfilled entirely wrong or missing items. Often times stuck in a number they fully forget outside at the curb. Food prepared so slowly that it comes out cold. Burgers prepped and served with missing ingredients. Barely ever follow through with request for sauce packets.
The food was so ridiculously greasy. There were puddles of grease in the boxes the burgers come in. Our daughter couldn't eat hers chicken tenders because they were soaked. She ended up going next door to the gas station to get better food.
This is an exceptional mcdonalds. Easy on/off on 26, great spot to grab food before driving to the coast. Obviously mcdonalds is very consistent across stores, but this one is always top notch.
One of the best McDonalds we have visited. The facility was clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. Wait for food was reasonable. Food was hot. Free paved parking.
