McDonald's

The food was extremely cold. Both the pie and the fries. The cheese in the Big Mac was completely hard, as if it hadn't been heated at all. Utterly disappointing. I will never come back.

This mcdowells treats their patrons with love. Never an issue with them like other locations. Food is always good, and i often find myself leaving with a smile. This location reminds of the good ole days when it was less corporate and the staff actually cared

Only McDonald’s I go to locally!! Service is always quick, interior dining area and restrooms are always clean and the food comes out hot and fresh. Staff are always friendly and helpful as well. I come here at least once a week and have never had an issue.

We went there to get breakfast. When we pulled in the parking lot, we noticed there was a dog standing on a dining table inside the restaurant in full view of the cash register. We initially dismissed it as a rogue customer, but then an employee walked up and smiled at the dog on the table, then walked away without saying anything to the owner. We sent a message to McDonald’s corporate and their response was effectively franchisees can do whatever they want. I love dogs. I have a dog, but I don’t let him on food surfaces. We drive past this location frequently, but won’t eat there anymore due to hygiene concerns, employee inaction, and corporate’s lack of concern.

Sat in the right drive through and had 2 people go before me in the left lane. I go inside still takes me 5 to 10 minutes to be served my food. Try the other mcdonalds, they might be faster.
