I've only gone through the drive thru. The employees could use some customers service training. The first time they didnt get my order correct. The second the person made me feel rushed by constantly repeating "is that all". This is where I stop while I'm traveling. So I hope to have a better experience the next time Im passing through.
It tastes like yesterday. Drive thru. I asked for extra pickles.. it came with 1. Chicken sandwich was cold, bread was hard. No sauce offered for the chicken nuggets that were part of the "meal deal" I'm traveling so I couldn't go back. What a disappointment
I don't even know where to start. Firstly, I don't know why I was asked to pull up for a mobile order. Secondly, the chicken nuggets were so dried out that I couldn't eat them. They didn't put my dipping sauce in the bag, which makes the chicken nuggets tolerable to eat. Money wasted. There's never any compensation for their bad service.
The food was hot and fresh. The burger buns were so soft and delicious! The service was exemplary! Friendliest workers I have seen in such a long time at a McDonald's. The food came out so fast and they actually brought it to the table, which my local store does not. I was just traveling through, but wish this was my hometown McDonald's.
Fresh food and taste amazing!! Best McDonalds in Mississippi!!
