Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes waiting on two McDouble meals. I was parked. When I FINALLY got my order I had to go back inside for straws. Which was pointless because my sprites taste like gasoline. My chicken nuggets are hard as a rock (no joke my dog spit it out). And my McDoubles seem as though they were kept in a steam oven for 48 hours before I tried to ingest it. Management is uncaring and unapologetic. You need to clean house here. Your team is NOT doing your company any service and the managers are just as bad. I've witnessed drugs being done in the drive-thru, management sitting while giving you dirty looks when you have a complaint, and physical bugs in this store. Not from here, but this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The breakfast burritos are nothing but cold tortillas with barely a spoonful of filling. The biscuit sandwich was dry and cracked, the egg hanging out the side. The McGriddle was smashed, sloppy, and looked like no care was put into it at all. Every morning it’s the same cold, careless food that isn’t worth the money. Very disappointing compared to other McDonald’s locations. This is definitely by far the worst one. I've ever had, and this isn't just a one morning incident. We've been here for a week.And every morning, it's the same, I will not be there tomorrow morning.You add your chances

They always forget your food on your order. The food is rarely hot nor fresh and is usually wrong. The service is okay, but the place isn’t clean. When you have to go back through the drive through employees give attitude and say “we aren’t giving away free food”

Lovely crowd of people running this store, I go here every sunday after church, and they are always inviting. Would recommend to anyone.

Don’t go here during breakfast. Ever. Even when it’s not busy, they forget stuff, hotcakes are oftentimes cold/crusty on the edges. I go inside to ask for what they forgot, don’t even get a “sorry about that” or “have a good day” Mind you, they forget something every single time I go there The other day I ordered two spicy snack wraps and they gave me ranch. I didn’t even bother to go in and ask for new ones at that point. They don’t even have the decency to wipe off the frappe/drizzle dripping down the cup before they give it out.
