They encourage you order on their mobile app but they can never get it correct. They charge for extra onions but we seldom get them and today simple items like sm hamburger 2 were ordered extra onions one no ketchup well no onions a burnt bun and ketchup this was at 10:45 am...it's minor issues but its every time! Stickers on the items saying checked for accuracy

I had a very upsetting experience at the New Caney McDonald’s, 23005 Speed St, New Caney, TX 77357, between 11:00 AM and 12:20 PM on September 28, 2025. I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for 27 years, and I’ve never felt treated like this before. When I got my order, my Hot ‘n Spicy meal had been replaced with pickles instead of chicken nuggets. I truly believe this was done on purpose. At that point, the drive-thru staff was already showing frustration, probably because of the frappe upcharge. We got two 10 piece meals for the kids after getting home late from work and didn’t have time to make dinner. Unfortunately the nuggets were pretty raw and they said it didn’t taste good, I called ahead of time to see what can bee done and the manager, Patrick was super helpful. He understood the situation and was kind/courteous and made sure to remake the meal for us. I understand things happen and we’re all only human. Thanks again, Patrick. Dinner turned out great tonight sir and kids loved it

I placed an order online. I set the method to pick up inside. When I got to the front door there was a lady locking it. It was 10pm. The sign said the lobby closed at 11pm. I went through the drive through and the guy was rude. He asked me to pull up to the window. At the window they were handing me the wrong order. I gave it back to them and got my actual order. When I got home I found they left out some of my order and my burger was raw inside. PINK! I went back up there I asked for the owners number and for the meal to be replaced. The lady asked me for a receipt to question whether the burger in the McDonald’s bag in the McDonalds box was from them. They asked me to pull up to the next window. Everytime I come here, they never have their shit together. They’re always out of everything, always a 10-15 minute wait even if I put my order in before I leave home. I did an online order and the items were out of stock. They then told me they don’t do refunds at the store and I have to get a refund through the app. Then when I went to the app to get a refund it says to contact the store. So I’ll just be disputing the transaction.
