Worst McDonald by the freeway - takes time to deliver the order - in store order or mobile order pick up gets delayed a lot - staff is nice and plenty of parking. Restroom needs some attention. There’s an outside seating area but inside seating arrangement is small.

This McDonald's really needs some help, like help from up top the management chain. We went for breakfast the other morning, took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Only to get home to notice we got someone else's order. Wasn't even close to what I wanted 😕.

Poorly run. Manager a screaming at everyone. Out of everything. Slow. Restrooms need cleaning

The lady was rushing us. She kept asking if we were ready and kept asking "is that all" we asked to redeem one of our reward items and she told me you can't give your rewards code then give a different code to redeem. I have never had anyone say this to me and I've redeemed my stuff through the drive thru all the time. Food was not hot at all.

Got home to see someone took a bite out of our burger then called to address the issue and they knew exactly what burger we were talking about but claimed it was tore…but still served it to us anyways.
