The most incompetent mcdonalds i have ever been too. Every single time i go my order is wrong. Every single time. How damn hard is it to prepare an order correctly!!!!!! Management needs to address this because this is staff does not give a damn about their jobs. I don’t care where you work take some pride in what you do! 20 minute wait with no one ahead of me and the food is cold, wrong, eggshell in my sandwich which made open it and look at this! Why is it green/black?!?!? My pregnant wife had already half! She said it tasted weird, if this makes her sick god help yall. 30 dollars on breakfast just to be wasted. Ownership needs to take accountability and i expect a response
Everytime I order a large fry, it's really a medium fry if that. When will they learn to serve fries correctly especially if I ordered a large, I'd expect a large.
I don’t know what kind of manager they got trying to run this McDonald’s, but it is absolute garbage. The drive-through times are a minimum 15 minutes. They make people wait for before taking their order. If you get through the drive-through quick it’s just for them to tell you to pull ahead and park and wait for them to bring your food out. This place needs a overhaul with management and employees and need to find people that actually want to work

literally just to go Ames. enough said. I swear there has not been a single time I have ever been here and they have ever gotten my order completely right, have made it a habit to check my food every single time im leaving and every single time I have to pull back through because my order is wrong, one time they messed my order up and I came through again and guess what they did? gave me a completely different order that wasn’t even mine😂
