McDonald's

I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea with no ice....the sweet tea came with coffee grounds all over the lid and suuuuper watered down and I may as well have just ordered a small fry. Why would i waste my money here again?? Did someone eat half of my fries before I got them at the counter??? Editing to add my fries where soggy. Will not be spending my money here again for sure.

We’ll have it another chance on 11/23/25z this time worse than the last visit. The oatmeal’s were not cooked and created a mess, two bagel meals became 1 and a hit cakes meal. Place needs new management and new crew. Weekends are horrible. Weekdays are anyone’s guess. Just has gone downhill over the years. For the exorbitant prices you shouldn’t have to wait long periods for wrong orders . At least they have the tickets on order in bag, but following is another matter. I live near, but will decidedly go elsewhere. Still can’t seem to be getting orders right. Yesterday 11/14/25 I get a soda that was mostly water. Window staff knew when giving it to me. When stated there seemed to be a problem acted like or did not know the language enough to understand. So said go park, and nada so I left.

If I could give this a negative rating I would.. Terrible customer service! You're better off driving down the street to culvers for better service! I ordered through the drive through, the employee at the window told me to park at spot 4 for my order (mind you thats for curbside pickup). About 10 cars got assisted while I sat waiting for 20 minutes until I finally decided to go in. I told them I had been waiting at spot 4 and it turned out they were never making my order when asked. They forgot they sent me to spot 4 and asked if I ordered mobile curbside smh no I went through the drive through. I didn't get a receipt because I didn't think I would need it. The employee asked me what did I order, so when explaining to her my order she would would walk away mid sentence. She did it 3 time

Terrible customer service. I ordered dinner through the drive through after work 16 hours straight without eating anything more than a few granola bars and light snacks. I paid for a big mac meal and the young man (mid 20s) at the drive thru window barely spoke any English. I did not receive my medium fry after paying for them. I had to circle back around to ask for the fries because the person behind me was impatient. The "manager" claimed that I didn't pay for a fry and refuse to provide a receipt after I asked for it. How is he a manager if he can't speak English? Why is he so rude and refuses to provide a simple receipt? Why is he demanding someone to pay for something they already paid for?

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and mean, which I could partially understand if they were teenagers but no, full grown adults working there are super disrespectful, it's disgusting how the employees act towards customers. They always and I mean always forget your sauces and when you ask for the sauces you paid for they tell you to pay for it again, which makes no since because the receipt shows you paid for them. They also constantly screw up your order and the only good thing about this dump of a restaurant is sometimes the fries are hot. It's so frustrating to go to this McDonald's location to the point I'd rather starve than eat there.
