McDonald's

The service at this McDonald’s was good, and I was pleasantly surprised that they bring your order right to your table, which not every location does. However, the food took a bit longer than expected, and the dining area could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent experience, but there’s room for improvement.

I ordered a steak egg and cheese mcgriddle and a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle, I was charged for both instead, got a piece of McChicken on mcgriddle bun with no egg or cheese that I was charged for. When I contacted the store about this, they were extremely rude and argumentative and refused a refund!

I've never experienced anything like this store. The employees behind the counter act like they're hanging out in someone's basement instead of working. They yell across the store, scream, curse and slam things around like the customers are an interruption to their social hour. I actually watched them eating and drinking in full view of customers while ignoring people waiting for help. The attitude is unreal - rude responses, eye rolling, and zero professionalism. The whole place feels completely out of control. It's loud, chaotic, and uncomfortable, and management is nowhere to be found. If this is the best they can do, I won't be back. There are plenty of restaurants that know how to treat customers with respect.

The 2 young men and 1 young lady that served me and my mom at the drive thru today, were very polite and nice people. They made ordering easy and didn't make me and my mother feel rushed or overwhelmed, my mother talked all the way home about how much she enjoyed the calm and peaceful interaction we had here. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice people but the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There has not been a single time the fries are not stale or cold. You figure the would change after the 3rd time but no. Today I got the nuggets, completely stale, inedible, must of been sitting out for hours. I hope by my 7th time coming here the fries are edible
