McDonald's

Made an on mobile app for curveside pick up they took more than 20 min so I went inside to pick it cause they were taking to long to bring it out. Iget inside my order was just sitting in the corner while they were helping the customers that had ordered inside the restaurant first. I asked for my order she fave it to me didn't even get an I am sorry or thanks come home and opened up my I had 2× deluxe breakfast in one of them they didn't even get what you call a portion of egg food was cold

Terrible service. I went today, 10/25/25, at 1:00 a.m. I wanted to order a caramel frappe and a McFlurry, but they told me they didn't have any. I only ordered large fries, a McChicken, and a medium soda, and the fries were horrible, very cold and hard, and the chicken sandwich was the same. They also told me they didn't have ranch dressing. It's always the same at this McDonald's, especially at night, and they didn't give me a receipt either.

Walked in and every table is dirty and the floor has food all over it. Terrible location

Girl at the first window charged me full price for 2 double cheeseburgers when it's buy 1 get one for a dollar and didn't provide me my receipt. 1/25/26 3:00pm. We gotta do better.

location is always packed. if you order ahead of time for curbside, its always a 15 to 25 minute wait NOT 2 to 5 minutes like the app says. they wait until there's a couple orders for them to bring you your food. most of the time they don't carry enough condiments. I have been told twice to get down and get my own ketchup. food comes out sloppy, which isn't such a big deal except its also not hot. Today my fries were cold and soggy.
