McDonald's

He foods decent, but for a place that’s always crowded the service is kinda lacking, I guess the owners are really cheep too, because you have to wait upwards of 5-10 minutes to even ask for napkins or salt/pepper, The menu is broke, there’s not ketchup, you have to interrupt people to ask for your cup, since they don’t have “in person ordering” only by machine. The place gives off *Krusty Krab* vibes and don’t give me that *no one wants to work bs either*. For a meal that’s costs $11 I expect more

This is the second night in a row that I've effectively been rejected from this McDonald's trive thru. Yesterday I was told that they were short-staffed and it would be around 30 minutes to get anything I order. Fine, people call in and stuff happens. Today, I pulled up with 2 cars currently waiting after ordering. I waited 2 minutes at the drive-thru speaker without being addressed. After I yelled "hello", I was met with a woman saying that they had just received 6 door dash orders and it would be 30 minutes for anything I order. I just wanted a spicy McChicken. I don't plan on coming back here, I'll just drive down to the McDonald's on 146. They've been good for years

Horribly trained staff all around. They do not know how to work efficiently. They continuously just park people and then wait until they have multiple orders to take out before taking any out. Half the time the food is cold. All they care about doing is the DoorDash type orders. It’s proven anytime you go in. They get those out the door constantly meanwhile you’re either inside waiting or outside parked & waiting for your order that was placed before the doordash orders even show up. I’ve witnessed them multiple times stacking in person customer orders up & working on the doordash orders. I honestly hate going to this horribly ran location.

Placed an order for dine in. Entered the table number and it told me to sit down and wait for my food. No receipt. They never served me. They just left the order at the front counter after shouting some order number but not the table number I entered. If you aren’t going to do dine in service then don’t make it an option. No one even bothered to look for me. I couldn’t see the counter from my seat to even know it was there. I was expecting it to be brought to me like it said and like other McDonald’s do.

Tonight at 7:20pm, I waited 10 minutes at the menu screen without anyone taking my order, while the other drive-through lane was operating smoothly. I drove to the first window to try placing my order. A person who seemed to be the manager (female) and a man with long blue-green braids glanced at me, then looked away and laughed. A young woman with a headset stood at the register, looking frustrated. Despite saying "hello" multiple times, I was ignored and eventually drove off. This was extremely poor customer service. I saw other vehicles leaving too. I doubt I’ll hear anything other than the usual "call us to resolve this" response. I won’t spend another dollar at this McDonald’s and will advise others to avoid it as well.
