McDonald's

I've been here about three times in the last 2 months and each time I ordered a single meal. All three times they have you pull off to the side in the curbside pickup area. There's always five or six cars in the curbside pickup that went through the drive-thru. I assume they do this to keep the drive-thru timer low.

This isn't the first time this McDonald's has done this more like the 5th but it be the last time I come here. They take up to 20min or more most of the time for simple food. I always order light onion cheese burger and my girl gets extra but somehow everytime they give me no onion and give her barely 3 small bits. I can understand once or whatever but its ridiculous they are super lazy workers ive worked fast food my order isnt complex. If you say anything to them they get all offended about it. bread is usually tough save ur money and go to sonic down the road its way better and never mess up anything.

I want to lead off with the fact that the food itself tastes fine and is consistent, but this is possibly the consistently slowest McDonald's ever. If you go to the drive-thru, they immediately tell you to go sit in a curbside spot and you're going to wait there for 15+ minutes for your food. If you order ahead through the app, you're going to be told to go sit in the curbside and then it's going to be 15+ minutes for the food. And if you order inside, spoiler alert, you are either going to wait the equivalent amount of time for someone to actually come to the register and take your order, or you're going to put your order in on the kiosk and then wait that way. It's all just waiting here, so if you like waiting time can consider this a five-star review.

No option for zero stars? 8pm and the ice cream machine is down per usual. Stop offering ice cream if your machine is always down. Kept seeing my neighbors in our Foxbank group saying how this place was only good the first week it opened and they were right.

Drive thru takes 30 minutes. Don't try to get around it by app ordering either because it takes longer for them to bring the food out and it'll be cold. Inside is always repulsive. Definitely a management/ staffing issue as the employees are usually quite pleasant. It's just way too busy for them to handle.
