I loved the self-order kiosk! It accepts cash! The one at my local location doesn't have that feature. The drivethru seemed to be setup better for when you have to park, to wait for food too. Very nice. The food was hot and fresh, and delicious.

starting off with why don’t you guys ever pick up the phone, second of all why are my fry’s always overcooked?? THIRD, why are you guys ALWAYS forgetting atleast somthing. i’m always having to run back and get my missing item, and when i have already left i will try and call and get no answer on my behalf, very upsetting after i’ve already been charged for it. fire mcchickens can’t lie, but seriously this is getting so out of pocket considering the fact you are one of TWO “bigger” fast food restaurants in molalla.

It honestly feels like an inside joke at this point that the sauces you order — and pay for — never make it into the bag. If you’re lucky enough to receive all the food you ordered, you can almost guarantee the sauces will be missing. This has been an ongoing issue for years, but tonight’s experience was especially disappointing. When I asked for the three sauces I paid for, the employee brought only one. I politely explained that I had ordered three, and she returned with just one more. When I again stated that I paid for three sauces, she appeared annoyed, slammed the window, and eventually handed me the third one without even acknowledging me and acted so annoyed. I don’t understand why something as simple as including paid items in an order continues to be such a struggle. Customers

Its mc donalds, this particular location seems to skimp on sauce and commonly forgets items. They are also not open 24h as they advertise on google. Apart from that its exactly what you would expect from other locations, good for a quick bite.

I come here a lot. The other day my order was wrong and I didn't know till I got home. I let them know and they replaced my meal. Very friendly staff (most of the time). And when you have to wait, a nice fountain to listen to
