It’s important that all employees receive proper training to ensure we meet the standards of this establishment. Management must ensure that training is thorough and consistent for all team members. Additionally, the prep station must be kept clean and organized at all times. Please make sure that all waste is discarded promptly 🗑 and that logs are completed accurately and on schedule. Let’s maintain professionalism and uphold our operational standards.

They should worry more about getting orders correct than having a good time rating at the drive thru. They keep shuffling cars thru and having them sit around the lot so it looks better on their scores. With no order to this chaos you have a lady wondering around looking for the correct car for the food she has. I watched 3 cars have to return food because it was either not theirs or wrong or incomplete. They asked to me to leave the drive thru line to wait for food and asked me to go to a spot to the right and behind the windows. I have an oversize truck with all the cars around. Impossible. They shuffled us around several times. I finally get food and get back on the road. And I had the correct bag but a wrong burger

We went through the drive-thru when it was really busy. I was surprised at the speed of our meal preparation and the service was very nice. I will stop here again.

Most McDonald's these days are cold, lifeless restaurants that strive for a modern dystopian atmosphere. Meanwhile, this McDonald's somehow managed to combine the modern feel with a touch of the old. With a well equipped and maintained playland, this is a very kid friendly place. On the walls, you can find the hamburgler as well as Ronald. They also still have some colorful chairs reminiscent of the past. I highly recommend this McDonald's for anyone who feels their McDonald's had ripped them off by permanently destroying a piece of their childhood.

Ordered a number 3, deluxe with mayo. My receipt showed that mayo and lettuce were supposed to be added but the lettuce was absent. I ordered a Dr pepper and got coke. Was in a rush and did not have the time to wait another TEN minutes for a new order. For this quality, I'll just go to the sheetz on the other side of the parking lot. Fries were acceptable and I got the BBQ sauce that I asked for.
