Horrible! Food was not as ordered and was Old! Chicken looked Grey and pickles were even brown??? One single piece of shredded cheese on my sandwich?? Like 9 pickles and only mayo when I asked for a deluxe???? Then gets an attitude when I ask them to allow me to get a replacement? I had to wait 20 min in line for this “cook to order meal” with a chicken crispy “deluxe “ and a Big Mac with hot fries lol! Everything was cold… they were very unpleasant and unprofessional and rude from the moment we arrived. The woman asked me for the bag back and put her hands back in the bag with my fries and dug a box out and replaced it with another??? Without even explaining what she was doing… then handed it back to me….. was very odd to me but I didn’t question. I was just hungry! I got home and noticed

I only ever go through the drive-thru and it's been fine every time I'm there. I will tell you service various on when you go. During the week at lunch time is a top team that gets people in and out. Dinner on the weekends was fine, but not quick. My kids like the food just fine for the few times a year they get to eat it, but we someone with food allergies I can't eat anything here.

Waited in the outside lane for 20 minutes before I had my order taken. Ladies were laughing over the speaker not knowing we could here them. Then very confusingly took my order. Received the wrong sandwich (sausage patty on a steak bagel). Called store for replacement and had to drive 15 minutes back to this location. When I advised the employee at the counter of the mistake the old lady manager with stringy black hair and glasses told me not to come back to her store? Started firing off being irrate telling me not to cuss in her store. Her attitude absolutely brought out some choice words due to my frustration and multiple visits to this awful location. Will not be back. Avoid this location at all costs!!!! The food is absolutely not worth it and the people who work there don't contain th

I've given this location multiple tries but I can't find a reason to try again. the bathrooms are vile, absolutely disgusting. I don't think I've ever used this bathroom with the toilet paper full, there's never any soap so I hope your employees be washing their hands....... and no paper towels?! I mean, really?! It's annoying when you just want a simple $2 burger and its burnt to hell and back. :( The drink machine isn't very sanitary. I've seen managers take a pot or something of coffee and stick their nose right on the lid of the pot!!! Your employees, most importantly managers, are sniffing coffee in the back? What is the purpose of this and 2. get your nose hair out of my coffee, i didn't order that.

12/6/2025 How bad is it? Well when they run out of one of the most important things drinks that's a issue? Zero drinks available on a Saturday night? What uneducated over paid clueless person is managing this location! If you don't have drinks just close down early! You are going to charge people for meals that come with a drink and you don't got drinks? Unreal! I'd expect better for this area. People need to be fired because nothing made sense! Look at all the reviews!
