McDonald's

Wow this had to be the slowest McDonalds I have ever visited. We should have known when we saw all the people standing around. 2 of the 4 kiosks were not working, the trash cans were overflowing, and it looked like the sitting area hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. After looking at the reviews it appears this is not an isolated incident. To be fair it seemed as though there was only 3 people working there but I’m not sure because there was nobody at the counter working. The McFlurry was even mixed ??? We were just passing through and hopefully it gets better but doesn’t look like it according to to the past reviews.

I think the pictures speak for themselves. they will always find a way to ruin your order, whether it’s forgetting an item or just ignoring the special requests. i don’t even like leaving reviews but this has happened multiple times now. the box says “NO Onions” and they still put onions. No this wasn’t during a rush, I ordered inside and the place was empty, so I can’t comprehend how this happened but okay 👍🏼

Stopped to dine. Kiosk items were posted as out of stock??? Patrons there were super, hold door open for you and visit! Employee, not so! Started non-stop yelling at kid that come in behind us, leaving the door open. How would you like maggots in your burger? We left, asking kid at the door if he was the one getting chewed out, he said yes! He was very polite as was person holding door open when we arrived. PS: the door does have a not stay closed issue

The staff very clearly hate their jobs. They are extremely unpleasant & make customers feel awful. I only stop here when passing through town, & each time I have a negative experience. The woman who took my order today was extremely rude & had a bad attitude. The two men at the drive-through windows were not much better. One seemed to be under the influence, mumbling & making no sense. The only response I received from the second drive-through worker was “mhm,” while he looked the other way when handing me my order. Both displayed zero basic customer service skills. The last time I visited this location, I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes while staff repeatedly took orders from the other lane, so I backed out & left. They had taken the customer’s order in front of me, so I know

The McDonald’s in Mesquite isn’t just a pit stop, it’s a fever dream wrapped in a McDouble. 🍔🔥 I walked in for a McFlurry and instead got spiritually challenged by a pack of retirees who looked like they were training for the Mesquite World Senior Olympics (possibly the Special Olympics). The fries were so salty I started hearing whispers from the Virgin River telling me to hydrate or perish. Every table felt like a high stakes poker game, except the chips were nuggets and the buy in was your cholesterol level. The ice cream machine, of course, was “down” again, but I think it was just taking a personal day after dealing with the Nevada heat.
