UPDATE12/12/2025: I am updating my review stars as I have ordered again and everything received was as it should be! Thank you! The big back and fries were delicious. 2 Months prior: 1 star I am a little upset. I dont ever complain about fast food because its fast food. This was different. This place is BRAND NEW! No one really knows that its open so I thought the long wait in the drive thru with two other people was taking so long due to them making things fresh.... wrong. I ordered a big Mac, medium fry and a spicy snack wrap. The fries do not taste cooked all the way and soggy. The snack wrap was a big disappointment because they gave me a Ranch one, not spicy, and the chicken was old. (How do I know? I USED TO WORK THERE!) The big mac, was soooo over seasoned its inedible. This place is brand new and I gotta say the service was fantastic. They really care about the customer and it was so endearing to see that. They made sure that I was spoken to with respect and it was an overall great experience. Quarter pounder with cheese was excellent. I would actively choose this location over others.

No menus? Like what in the world. This AI computer world isn’t worth a grain of salt. Bring back the regular McDonald’s with regular human interaction. Go to a different McDonald’s. This one isn’t it.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times since they opened. It’s definitely been slow at times — tonight I waited a while for the food — but I really want to shout out Christy, the manager. She was so sweet, patient, and took the time to explain that they’re still a new store and training a lot of new staff. The kids working here always look like they’re trying their best. I was frustrated at the wait, but it reminded me that we don’t always know what’s going on behind the scenes. So keep it up, you guys. Don’t let impatient customers ruin your night. The food was good, my grandkids got their nuggets, and I hope people can give this location a little grace while they get fully up to speed.

Updated to 4 stars: Visited again for a quick lunch break at work. Was bracing for it, but I ended up getting my food super fast, super hot! **** Original This is a brand new McDonalds. I didnt even know it was open yet until my mobile order selected it as the closest pickup location.
