Drive thru employee Jasmine needs additional training. Asked to repeat my order and in between the eye rolling and rudeness she obviously could care less in regards to customer satisfaction. I told her to cancel my order. Contacted corporate on my drive to Whisett to other McDonalds. Looking at reviews at this location, I should have went elsewhere like others are.

That Supervisor or Manager Sha something (my apologies for forgetting the name) is AMAZING. Every time I come I see her working hard getting orders pushed out. My food is always FRESH AND HOT! I LOVE IT!

Terrible experience. Stoped at the drive thru on the way to work. Pulled into the outside lane. One car waiting ahead of me. No cars in the inside lane. Heard the cashier tell him just a moment. Proceeded to watch 5 cars pull in after us into the inner lane and get their orders taken all in a row. The man in front of me still sitting there and no one bothered to take his order to this point at all. Complete load of bull. Stupidest idea in history to have double drive thrus in the first place. Rarely ever can the staff seem to handle all the orders in a timely manner. And only seems to perpetuate people being able to cut in line. Especially if your staff is only going to take orders from one lane. Why even bother to have lines at all or any common courtesy if people who pull i

You made me wait for my burger and then when I got home and opened my box, there was no bun on the bottom. How do you not realize half the bread is missing?

I was ordering a large order and was able to have an exceptional service by Shelby, she was very cordial and professional. She made sure I had all my sauces and extra napkins for the kiddos. She made the atmosphere very peaceful and would definitely be some of the best service I’ve gotten at any fast food /restaurant in a very long time. Will definitely be back, deserves a raise!
