McDonald's

I come here pretty regularly, but unfortunately the service has been consistently disappointing. On two separate visits (which happened actually in a row), my friends and I had our order messed up. Once to the point where we were charged for someone else’s much more expensive order (we did receive their food). Another time, our hot chocolate was extremely milky and poorly made. Most recently, I ordered a cookie tote with friends. While I expected a fairly short wait, but still a wait, since the cookies need to be warmed/flash-baked, we ended up waiting about 30 minutes after being parked and eventually had to go inside to get our order ourselves. On top of that, the staff often comes across as rude and snappy. Overall, this location really needs better management and more consistent serv

Because I work in the neighborhood, I frequent this McDonald’s often. The last 10 times that I’ve ordered food in the drive-through, the order has been wrong. At this point, I’m just pissed off because I don’t have time to go back and change my order. I’m paying for food that I’m not receiving, it’s happened so many times it’s laughable. I have a group text with my friends and we just laugh about how everyone’s order is always wrong. The staff is nice especially the morning. They’re fast and efficient, but make sure you check your bag before you leave the drive-through. This morning was another disappointment. I ordered the new hot and honey biscuit. It was kinda hot, but there was no honey so it was basically very dry. I didn’t even eat it. I’m not sure when I’m going back to this McDonal

They screwed up my drive through order and had to wait 15 minutes, what is up with these employees giving an attitude. If you don't like your job, leave! - Worst place to buy McDonald's stay way!!!

This morning, just paid $3.88 for a medium latte and they didn't even fill up the cup. It was almost half empty. I might as well go to Starbucks pay little more and get REAL medium size!

I ordered chicken nuggets and they handed me a box of slop. Literally!
