McDonald's

It’s a good McDonalds Employees are somewhat friendly. The interior/seating area is very clean. The food prepared here is very good. Conveniently located in McFarland,attended to a BP gas station and along a busy road US-51.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app and proceeded to go with the delivery option to make my day a bit lighter. Unfortunately through out the process, I was waiting an hr and 30 mins for an order that was partially wrong. I’m usually the type of guy to just settle with what I get but the sandwich we received was for someone else. and allergic to what we had gotten, luckily they haven’t took a bite. But it’s the fact the customer service was like it didn’t exist. No one to pick up the phone, no one to help make a quick fix, and no food for us. I don’t think it’s hard to go down a receipt and check off what’s in a bag but who am I to judge. Do better please, check your bags your packing before you send it out or this will keep happening. Management, i’m talking to you and your team.

Idgaf if it's politically incorrect but a requirement to be in management (let alone work with customers) should be a proficient ability to speak the dominant language in the country you are living and working in... mobile app sent order to this store, which is around 80 miles from where I was, app wouldn't let me cancel so I tried for close to 30 minutes to get Mcfarland to answer and cancel the order. When the person finally answered, he couldn't understand the simple English phrase "cancel this order: OK##".... He responds, "I tell boss you tomorrow" then when I asked to speak with someone else he says "Ok" and hung up on me!!

I normally wouldn’t write a review for a McDonald’s because well it’s McDonald’s. But holy cow. I placed a mobile order, when I arrived the code on my app didn’t match anything in the system but they were able to confirm my order over the speaker and said to back to me. When I pull up to the window I’m given the wrong order which I explain, and get told they don’t have that order. So I show the person at the window my mobile receipt so they could gather what I did order, to which he shows me their ticket and says that’s not what I have. Like okay… but this is what it is so just fix it? and they still got it wrong. I wouldn’t care except it was my toddler’s meal that was incorrect (missing sauce and not double fries) and that’s a day ruined for her. I asked multiple times for the sauce at l

Definitely one of the friendliest mcdonalds I've come across and they are always upfront about possible mistakes and what they are doing to fix them
