This one worker was incredibly embarassing us on purpose to the point people were making fun of us. It was VERY humiliating. He kept calling us out and basically calling us big back with like our order (5 dollar meals mind you) and they forgot the ice cream cones and yelled at the whole restaurant asking whose it was and was talking very loudly to the point the whole place could hear…

It’s crazy because anytime I order a cheeseburger with only ketchup they’re like we have to add onions! This is so ridiculous every time I gain a little faith they let me down :(

This place is just terrible overall, customer services, waiting times, missing food, forgetting people are in spots waiting for there orders. nobody here seems too care about there job and just slop food together and forget items constantly and show 0 hospitality and compassion for there jobs. I waited 30 minutes for a few simple food items because they forgot about my order and it wasn’t even busy. They brought out half my order *a pie* and said they forgot the combo meal. So then I wait and finally have to go in after 15 minutes and they proceed to tell me they forgot about it again. This isn’t my first bad experience here either there are plenty.

This is the fourth time, this McDonald’s has forgotten food of mine! We go here cause it’s convenient and fast, I tried calling and talking to a manager about the issues and asked why every order I make there is always food missing. Manager told me to come back in when I live 30-35 minutes away. This McDonald’s needs to do something different!

Placed an order at 11:30 pm October 14th 2025. The food was cold, ordered a McCrispy meal, didn't have nothing on it. I stated I wanted everything on it that it comes with... I had to put an onion on it for some taste. The manager told me it comes with one pickle. I said you got to be kidding. But instead I threw it away. Fries on all orders were cold. Ordered a cheeseburger meal, which was very tiny small as a kids burger. We all ordered shakes, two strawberry with whipped cream and one chocolate. Ended up with one strawberry with whipped cream and one chocolate without whipped cream. And ended up with a cup full of watered down strawberries only. Put that watered down strawberries in the freezer and took it back. They even didn't know what it was. It was dark when we went through the dri
