Completely wrong order and total lack of attention. I clearly asked for LETTUCE on my order, paid for it, and the burger arrived with NONE at all. This isn’t a small mistake — it’s a basic ingredient. It shows zero care and no order checking before delivery. If you can’t prepare a simple order correctly, you don’t deserve a good rating. Very disappointing.

I don't do McDonald's, but I like going for the vanilla cone, or specific toys or current promos. Current promo happening they aren't supplying you with everything. Boxes of food and drinks are missing stickers. Other than that we had a problem with when they input the wrong number for out food and kept blaming US even when THEY had my phone and read the number themselves. It was solved at the end, but did not like feeling like I wanted to make their lives harder. Other than that, they are fast and usually have okay fries (which also $5.39! Wth)

Very bad experience overall. The food was not good at all — poorly prepared and disappointing from the first bite. On top of that, the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Customers deserve better service and better food than this. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered 2 Bigmac meals with large fry and large drinks. I ordered because I wanted to get the monopoly pieces. This is the second time monopoly pieces were missing from my order. Both large drinks did not include monopoly pieces. On top of that, the meals were very sloppily assembled. The big Mac was sliding apart as I was trying to eat it. I went to grab napkins from the bag and there were no napkins either. Thank you mcdonalds for the horrible service. I will most definitely be going to the other mcdonalds in town in hopes that they don't have this issue. P.s. the first time I ordered and didnt get a monopoly piece I had ordered the quarter pounder and they didnt even have the boxes with the stickers. They had plain regular boxes and when I informed them of the issue of the missing pi

Picked up breakfast items for work this past Sunday. It was alot of food and it was all ready for the time it was promised. The 3 women there that got it all ready and helped bring it out to my car were very kind and helpful. Awesome job! Thank you so much. 😊😊😊
