Food was fine except happy meal burger was paper thin, overcooked, and not pleasant at all. The play area smells so bad that we needed to leave sooner than expected. Almost a mold smell or just not good. My daughter started to get a headache.

After ordering a $10 combo, instead of a soft drink I asked for a water instead of the coke. I was told there would be a 1.50 up charge to get water. Do they not know the Coke machine uses water to make the coke? After I turned it down the guy on the drive-thru speaker was very rude. I'll make sure I do not go back to this location again, but just like all the rest of the reviews I'm sure no one from this location will contact me. I'm also not paying up charge for the same amount of water that's used to make my Coke. Luckily I didn't have an option to leave zero Stars.

Waited over 20 minutes inside to order. The manager working the shift at 7:30pm on 11/24/2025 was the most unprofessional & rude person to deal with. He threatened to call the cops on a guy for mentioning that he is tired of waiting 30 minutes for a strawberry smoothie. He refused to take my family’s order and told us to use the kiosk to order. Then after waiting 20 minutes he didn’t want to give us a refund. Whoever was the manager on that shift needs to be fired!

I ordered the $5 McDouble meal then proceeded to pay for my order. Once they had my money and pulled me to the next window I was asked to pull to the side to wait on the one meal I ordered. I told them I prefer they ask me that before they take my money next time but I proceeded instead of holding up their window time. After receiving my order I went to work across the street and discovered there was only one piece of meat on my sandwich. I called and told them it seems they always mess up my order and asked told how my burger only had one piece of meat. I came to get the remade order and came back to work and to my surprise AGAIN made with only one meat patty and now my fries are surely cold. I called and spoke with manager Damien about it and he told me I was lying and that he personally

I wemt in to order for to-go. The staff member bringing orders to the front was very nice!! But I waited almost 10 minutes for my 2 filet-o-fish meals. I was traveling through the area so I needed to get back on the rode. My fish sandwiches were nice and hot but my fries were ice cold. Some of the worst fries we've had. I also got a chocolate milkshake and it was barely blended.
