I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years, but I’m really disappointed with their new sauce policy. They used to give you unlimited sauce with chicken nuggets, which made sense. Now, you only get one sauce for a 6-piece, two sauces for a 10-piece, and then they start charging you extra. It never used to be this way. Meanwhile, you can still grab all the free ketchup you want. Doesn’t seem fair. This change takes away from the experience and makes it feel like they’re nickel-and-diming loyal customers. I WOULD NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I just had to most disgusting experience even just stopping in to use their bathroom very quickly. The putrid smell of feces in their bathroom was unbearable & the fact I watched the manger of this establishment walk in, use the bathroom, and walk out without even washing her hands or flushing the toilet absolutely horrifies me, I’d definitely second guess putting anything they make in your mouth before you or your loved ones end up sick! The bathroom was disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor, the sink looks like it’s never been wiped down honestly seems like a basic health code violation to not have a cleanly area for your employees to maintain hygiene along with customers.

Can somebody tell me what the helly is this I got this morning. Hard biscuit, cheese sliding, cold egg😭😭😭 and they didn’t put caramel in my coffee. I drove 30 min to work so I can’t go back

The food is good. They kinda threw together one of the sandwiches I ordered, and it was all scattered inside the box. There wasn't too many people inside and it was COLD...even the employees were wearing winter jackets inside. I probably wouldn't be going back. I don't remember it being like this as I have been here many times before.

Service is good. However lately the fries are undercooked or food is served cold during lunch hours. It sucks that as minimum wage goes up, the quality of these places goes down. Would love to see these food places put a little more care into the prepping of the food. After all, if you wont do something well then why do it at all? Serve the food how you would like to eat it. Ordered large fries and got a half full order. Hate to complain but boy, it just cant be that hard…
