McDonald's

So here's the deal: I don't normally leave reviews (ESPECIALLY bad ones). I'm a very understand person in regards to people doing me a service. HOWEVER. In the time I have been in Macomb, this mcdonalds has been HORRABLE. Only about half of the crew is kind in any shape or form. Which I could honestly forgive IF there weren't other issues. You're either gonna get your food right away and it's cold, or you're going to be waiting in the drive through anywhere from 20 mins TO AN HOUR and you WILL be missing things. And that's only IF they don't lose your order first. Like I said, I try to be understanding to businesses doing me a service; bad days happen and such. But it is EVERY SINGLE TIME that I am either missing something or my food is so cold I can just straight up tell that it was just

Ordered a Fillet O Fish with extra tartar sauce, unfortunately when I got home it had no tartar sauce so we called and asked if we could get it remade. Got home with our new bag and they were so kind to put two sandwiches in the bag. Wanted to make sure they got the good review they deserve as most McDonalds locations disappoint me.

Tonight's evening shift manager really shouldn't deal with customers. I waited almost twenty minutes for my hot chocolate. I had to call back twice to the three or four people working to get someone to come to the counter because I wanted to pay, get my chocolate and go. The shift manager came reluctantly to the counter like I was bothering her. I told her I'd been waiting fifteen to twenty minutes for my hot chocolate and I asked about the delay. She mumbled something about not seeing it and having other things to do. There were maybe two other people in the lobby and a couple cars in the parking lot. And three or four people working. There was more to it, but I'm just getting madder, and I plan to call her manager tomorrow anyway. PS - I don't know what it is about.Mcdonald's west ,

Awful experience. Ordered via drive thru, small simple order and store was not busy. Took far longer than should have to receive food, when we did the food was cold and stale. Went in to request a fresh remake. The woman who assisted us was extremely rude and gave us an “annoyed” glare even though we were very polite and patient considering the circumstances. There were maybe 3 other people in line waiting for a significant of time for service and were visibly upset, multiple people walked out without even getting a greeting let alone served. Awful customer service.

Do NOT waste your time at this location!!!! Everytime I come here my orders is screwed up. It's supposed to be fast food not you'll get some of the food you ordered in about an hour or whenever we feel like it. There is another location on the other side of town. Go to that one or somewhere completely different.
