This McDonald’s isn’t perfect by any means and sometimes we’ll have a bad experience but overall the quality of the food is significantly better than other locations I’ve been to and that quality is pretty consistent. The one thing that makes this location stand out more than any other though is ASHLEY! We love going in the drive thru earlier in the day to see her. She offers the highest quality customer service you can possibly hope for. I’ve been in customer service for most of my life and she clearly exemplifies the high quality character needed to do her job well and to care about the experience of people like us coming through to have lunch. Food was fresh around 230pm service was better than typical. Atmosphere wasn't all that great bc I don't like old crusty men staring me down for no reason.

Ordered 5 meals to go. As I ordered I asked the cashier to bag them separately include sauces I asked for in each bag. I got my drinks walked back to the counter everything was in one bag. I asked the cashier again to bag them separately include sauces I asked for in each bag. I took my drinks outside to put in the truck. Came back in I had the orders in 3 bags. Still not right. I was in the process of asking the cashier again to bag them in 5 bags. At that time a girl from behind the counter maybe near drive thru walked over asked what the problem was so again I told her I needed them bagged separately with sauces in each bag, she was the rudest person ever. She grabbed a sauce out of one bag and said they are in this bag. Again not what I asked for, she pushed the 3 bags at me. And

whoever made this burger, needs a raise. its a typical commercial burger

It’s the most fascinating placement of drive thru& parking but folks are friendly! Nate is great!
