McDonald's

Went to Macdonalds, I always go inside to order because I'm not lazy. As always there's never any one at the register so you have to order from the kiosk. I waited 20 minutes for my food. They were to busy making all the door dash orders for the lazy people. A family came in and waited at the register for 10 minutes. The employee who waited on them was also taking orders from the drive thru. Very rude. Turn your headset off while taking a face to face order. I was about to go Karen but didn't want to be a tik tok video.

i’d give no stars if possible, worst mcdonald’s in the area by FAR. i went here for the grinch meal this afternoon and was super excited for the socks and the pickle seasoning. when i got my food i left and went home to find no socks in the bag and no seasoning. when i came back to the store i went inside and they told me they were out of seasoning and the socks were in the box and then ignored me. first of all if you didn’t have the seasoning you should’ve told me that before i ordered it considering it’s one of the main reasons people are trying this meal and second i couldn’t get a pair of the socks that YOU guys forgot to put in the box. genuinely that was my last straw with this location they screw EVERYTHING up.

Just like any McDonald's nowadays, way overpriced and the food quality has really gone downhill. Sandwiches consist of so much more bread than meat, it hardly seems worth it. Granted the price of beef these days is really high, so burger joints have a hard time competing with the likes of a Chick-fil-A, but they could still do better here.

This McDonald’s is not distinguished from any other excepted. They don’t even have any cashiers so you have to use the kiosk where they want or not. They’ve gotten very expensive overtime. I mean I got three burgers and fries with a drink and it cost me over $40, which is a little bit ridiculous I think.

⸻ I hadn’t been to McDonald’s in a while, but I decided to give one of their new Quarter Pounders with lettuce and tomato a try. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The sandwich alone cost nearly nine dollars, and when I opened it, it looked like it had been thrown together without much care—more abstract art than appetizing burger. On top of that, the service was frustrating. Despite placing a mobile order, I ended up waiting while two other cars in the opposite lane were helped and moved on. The employee at the speaker seemed confused by the simple pickup code—just two letters and two numbers—which really slowed things down. Experiences like this remind me why I usually avoid McDonald’s.
