McDonald's

It would be faster to axe a cow and a few chickens, prepare it myself, and it would have still been a hot sandwich. I ordered a basic amount of food and it took almost 30 minutes to receive. When I asked why it was taking so long (and I asked it kindly), they said they were waiting on the spicy McChickens. Well, did you know you can fry them all at once? After waiting 84 years, the fries were cold and no salt. Sorry not sorry to be a Karen, but Ronald McDonald would be upset.

Just go somewhere else!! It is absolutely disgusting inside. After driving 12 hours we wanted to get food and McDonald’s was right off the highway. The level of filth is unimaginable. All trash cans overflowing, floors littered with trash and food, tables the same. I don’t know if they are short staffed or they just don’t care.. my bet is they just don’t care. This location is TRASH!!!

Absolutely the grossest McDonalds I have ever been to. Traveling and had been driving for 8 hours. Decided me and my family would stop and eat inside so we could stretch. Turns out EVERY SINGLE table was filthy. Splatters of who knows what were on the walls. Spilled sauces that were dried on the floor. Multiple tables that still had past table tents on them, which clearly means they haven't done rounds to clean tables in quite a while, if at all. After a long drive, this is absolutely the WORST experience. We had to grab a stack of napkins and wet them to wipe our own table down because there wasn't a single area for us to eat that wasn't covered in someones last meal or coffee spills. Disgusting. Very bad experience today. They forgot to include my hotcakes in the order and didn’t even call out when it was ready. The ice cream melted while waiting, and to make it worse, one of the chicken nuggets had a piece of something white and rubbery inside. They didn’t give us any straws either. Worst part is, the workers completely ignored us when we tried to talk to them. They seriously need to improve their service and food quality.

They have an over reliance on parking people to have them wait for food. I get it sometimes you need to, but without fail in the past 6 months I have been asked to pull forward to wait. Every. Single. Time. And the kicker is I always order ahead but without fail every single time I get asked to pull forward and this is what broke the camel's back because instead of preparing the food ahead of time and just having it there ready to be delivered to the person as they come through the drive-thru they wait until you pull up and give them your code and then they start making it every other McDonald's that I have been to in any other City does not do that I don't understand I don't get it and I don't think I ever will because either due to laziness or incompetence they don't do that.
