McDonald's

It was hard to find a clean table. The food was good but some stuff was missing from our kids’ meals like apple slices and the dip that came with the chicken meal. We had to go up multiple times to ask for the stuff that came with our food and the staff were not happy about it. The happy meals were a favorite and the chicken strips were a nice change up from the nuggets!

Just waited in line in drive through 30 min, when I finally got to pick up window, the worker was very nice, said food would b out shortly(ordered snack wraps meal). Fries were cold, not warm at all, chicken was dry well done. I understand when your busy, when folks call off, when there are new employees, but to wait that long and it be in poor tasting is uncalled for

I dont like to bash anyone definitely in fast food. But its been hours since I left and im still in complete awe. I just dont know what was happening there. When I got there in the lobby there were 4 people waiting for their food. 45. Let me repeat myself 45 minutes later I finally received my food In this time Five maybe six cars came through drive-thru So I don't know what they could have possibly been doing back there But they definitely weren't making food. This makes no sense to me. I get if you are busy. Or if you have machines that are broken. Normally this store does very well with speed and accuracy. I hope you guys figure things out. And management fixes. This. 45!!!! Minutes

I asked for the 2 cheese burger meal and ended up with 2 fish sandwiche meals. Went in and told the young kid working the problem and I’ve never seen someone so confused in my life. Then had to wait almost a half hour for 2 cheeseburgers. And these people want $20 an hour? This is what happens when you have a bunch of high school kids working and have no clue about anything. Get with it.

Food is usually acceptable. The self service ordering typically has no receipt paper. Additionally the morning customers talk too loudly.
