McDonald's

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to!!!! I have been there several times and every time the wait is AWFUL!! 15 minutes is way too long for fast food!! The employees barely speak English and stand around laughing and joking while people are in line waiting. A few weeks ago I went in because the line was too long and there was a group of employees sitting at a table laughing and talking. Finally one of them got up to work the counter. Also, every time I order delivery, something is missing!! Usually it's the sauce for the nuggets. I would rather see the restaurant close down, fire everyone, and start with a new team.

Normally don’t leave bad reviews but this has been a consecutive occurrence with this McDonalds. We waited about 15-20 for someone to even acknowledge us at the window. Then an additional 10 minutes for our food. The employees in there were talking and doing everything but preparing our food. When we finally got our food, the fries were cold, and the snack wrap had no ranch at all on it (which is the best part)! This has not been the first time. There were numerous times I had to turn away in line because it took too long. Figure it out.

I usually refuse to go inside, but I went inside today because my son wanted to, and I was reminded why we don’t go inside. We arrived at 10:20 and were the only people in line. We didn’t get helped for over 15 minutes, even though several employees made eye contact with me. When I asked if there would be someone to help us, the guy said yea that i needed to wait, in a tone that I was bothering him. When he finally came over, the boards switched to lunch. I asked if they still had breakfast, as I was there in time but waited so long, and he said no, with an attitude. He ended up saying they had hot cakes so I ordered them. The service has been abysmal at this location for as long as I can remember. Ah y, personas blancas puede habla español también…

2.7 stars is generous. This specific store is the absolute worst. Many orders now and they never get it right. My dasher this morning messaged me saying that he had to remind them to finish my order because I was missing items. Not to mention I ordered two hotcakes, I got zero syrup. Do you want to know what I got? 4 packets of ketchup. The food is made decently but it’s the people working there that need to figure out how to do their job.

Would give this place 0 stars if possible. They literally stole my money. Placed a mobile order when i arrived they would not answer me at drive through informed others they would not be taking any orders and locked all the doors with no explanation or refund. Probably the worst mcdonalds of all time.
