Love the kids play area and fresh food all the time. Just wish had more options with sides

I’m not from Lansing I am from Chicago I also know how to cook my own food and is the second eldest of 5 children to me this food from delivery is disrespect

They often mess up my order. “Management” is unorganized and staff doesn’t know the menu. Tried to tell me I couldn’t get something that was definitely on the menu. Then fixed it when they realized it was. My biggest problem… they messed up my order yet again but this time someone didn’t get their cheeseburger because of it. I ordered for my entire house. I was told to mention it when I come back. They gave me a ton of push back upon return despite a receipt about ONE CHEESEBURGER on a $40 order. This was enough to have me not come there anymore. Followed by also messing up 2 things on the order I left with that day. I feel ridiculous leaving a review for a fast food restaurant because already my expectations are low - I could never do the job of a fast food worker and be happy … I respe

Very bad customer service they do not know how to work the deals through the app I can't never use my points. The problem is is always the same 2 people they say they managers. But the other employees do it and it works. I rate this place a zero! 95th and Jeffrey is better

I usually go to the McDonald’s. It seems like it’s under a new management which obvious just don’t give a damn about the customers had to return food. The person was an apologetic. The place was filthy. I won’t be going back. The employees the young ladies were cursing right in front of the customers is going down sad
