McDonald's

I use the word food loosely. "Deluxe" buffalo chicken sandwich? Strips with no buffalo sauce. They were dry enough. Not to mention, that constitutes four strips? And they had the audacity to charge me $12 and basically tossed it on the counter.

Almost 8 bucks for two medium hot chocolates, I thought it was a bit pricey for watered down beverages and had waited( inside )almost 15 minutes to receive the drinks,had asked the cashier twice if they were working on the order. Next trip to Kenova- I will go to Tim Horton for timbits and Hot chocolate which is much better for the price point.Sorry Kenova location McDs step it up,or you'll lose my business!

Super friendly staff. Food was hot fresh food as well. Fries need to be crispy not floppy but overall this location is fantastic

Absolutely RUDE. Gave me unsweetened ice tea instead of sweet. All my food was completely wrong and I didn’t even make changes to it. Will not be returning! Will be going to any other McDonald’s besides this one. CANT EVEN GET A DRINK RIGHT!

it is very dirty and disgusting there was leftover food at our table and it was sticky ,, one of my friends mother ordered of the mobile app and she said that she could not get the food since she was at work and my friend was at mc Donald’s because you have to be near or in the store ,, after her mom called and i don’t think she ever got her money back. And there was a eye or toenail in my chicken nugget….
