McDonald's

Was told I couldn't order because I had a small 10' trailer. I asked if I could please order and walk in to pick it up was told no. Literally no one else in line. Judging by other reviews and how quick and easy I was denied service must be a policy. Local? Corporate?

Beautiful drive-through perfect for a country Town denied service because I had a trailer on my truck. What’s the point of having a nice drive-through that can accommodate and not be able to use it

I have came to McDonalds a couple of times. Everytime I come this girl named Mia and she had glasses always seems to have a attitude with me and never tells me to have a good day. I get it but at the same time you are working at a fast food restaurant where customers service is a big part. Other than that my food has been good.

Purchased on the app for counter pickup from my phone, and sent my son a screenshot of the receipt with the pickup code. My husband and son drove into town to pick it up, and was told that my phone was needed or no food. They didn't take the pickup code. So, I then had to stop what I was doing, get my other kids ready, loaded into the car and drive 2 miles one way so my phone would "ping" to the restaurant. This resulted in 8 miles of driving. I can order from ANY other restaurant in town and have someone pick it up. I won't eat McDonald's, but my husband said the food made him feel sick after eating 🤷‍♀️. Not a good experience.

I have yet to order something that was fresh. The food here is a disappointment 100% of the time. Fries are always old and cold. I tossed my chicken sandwich a few weeks ago and couldnt eat the filet o fish I ordered today, it was so dried out and gross. Im done visiting this place.
