McDonald's

Had an issue with a drive-thru order. The manager initially took my order over the microphone and seemed aggressive from the start. When I reached the window, my simple issue still wasn’t resolved. She appeared to avoid the window and was unwilling to fix a basic mistake. I ended up leaving with no food at all after waiting in drive through. I went elsewhere instead. For me, it’s the principle—basic customer service and accountability matter.

the girl working the drive thru right now is a 0/10, rude and charged me for an item I did not receive, but the food is okay. Multiple pieces of large bone in my McChicken that could not be consumed, which was pretty un appetizing.

The food is never fresh here and more than half the time something’s missing from my order. There are plenty of other McDonalds in the area worth giving your money to. AVOID THIS ONE

I hate to give this McDonald's 2 stars because i grew up with this McDonald's. But whoever designed the new interior should be fired immediately. Ive never felt such a weird unwelcoming, uncomfortable vibe in a building before like i do here. No wonder its always empty in here. I get trying to be abstract and hip bit this redesign was a major fail! So ugly!!! Seats are super uncomfortable. Shame on you McDonald's. Ive never hated that atmosphere somewhere so bad that i had to leave a review. My recommendation, stick to the drive through with this McDonald's.

They seem to have a new crew and they're much slower than before. Just dropped to 2 stars, they never give my my sauce. It's sad to see how bad this locations' service has gotten
