We had a good experience on Labor Day. We were driving home and stopped for a meal (we ordered ahead on the app). The staff was kind and courteous, and the service was quick and accurate. This is a great roadside stop.

Been getting my morning coffee at this location for a few years now and some of the reviews on here surprise me. Fast and friendly service is hard to come by these days and I gotta say the early morning staff has got it! I think the manager name is Guadalupe. Keep up the good work everyone!

I waited for 30 minutes to get my order after ordering at the self-service kiosk in this McDonald's. Moreover, the sauce I received was wrong. I won't come back here again.

McRib is back. New remodel, a less customer friendly setting. You have lean forward and turn right to look for assistance. Orders thru app or kiosk. If you want to pay cash, a machine is next to the kiosk. Possible, robots may replace some of the employees in the future.🥴🧐😵‍💫

This is the worst micdonalds " i I've been to .. This McDonald's has the worst customer service they see us stand on the counter no one will ask you if you need help unless you get someone's attention you ask them to give you ketchup they give you an attitude like if you owe them something.🙄 You ask them to give you a refill they charge you 50 cents.. I usually go to the other McDonald's down the street on irwindale& arrow highway" 5 minutes away"😀 They have Great customer service Friendly employees and Awesome management also no attitude and you get free refills on all beverages 👍🏻
