McDonald's

They were just changing shifts.I understood that they asked me to pull why they change over understood that as well. 5 or 6 minutes later, the lady brought my pool out to my car, a basket of fries lukewarm. A medium sweet tea no ice. The six dollar mac double meal with extra cheese was codl slapped together in a biscuit wrapper. Barely wrapped. Nuggets were hot. So somebody please help me understand if they were changing over.Why was my food the way it was.

This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to in my life it is always inconsistent. The food is always cold or something is missing out of the bag. I cannot tell you how many times I have picked up food from here and there’s something missing out of the bag or the cheeseburgers were burnt or the whole order which is completely wrong. Not to mention, I spend about 40 minutes in the drive-through every time I come here. This is my son‘s favorite place to eat so unfortunately, I’m here a lot but I am always disappointed just about all the time. I’m always promised a free fry or a free pie or something and it’s and I never get it. The ladies here are rude and act like they don’t wanna do their job most of the time. Today was the final straw for me. I will be driving the extra mile

Mohagany was awesome! I came in to pick up an dash order while it was still being prepared. Instead of her just letting me stand there and wait, she interacted with the customers! That is so appreciated and great customer service!

I see why these fight videos at face food places are all over social media. The rude manager at this place wanted me to react to her comments after making me wait 35 minutes for a stupid mobile app order. Her sarcastic have a good day snarl was classic. Mine always will better because she works there and I don't.

Yo, I was basically the only customer..7:45pm...No customer service and my chicken sandwich was dry...The sandwich maker , explained how I should ask for extra tartar sauce..No, you should have put enough, so I wouldn't have too...My bread was hard...You have one job and that's to prepare the food the right way...Fast food chain are at the bottom of the barrel...Because of people who works at these establishments..Eye rolling, un bothered etc..No salt on the fires..
