VERY POOR SERVICE! They need new people on the over night immediately! I came on 2/10 at 1am. Just for a simple meal. The manager with the tight bun (dark hair, maybe 5ft tall) and round figure needs to be talked to IMMEDIATELY! She was very rude, not helpful, and didn’t respond to a “thank you” at all! She even would cut me off while I was ordering food! Her attitude SUCKED!!! McDonald’s please do better! No way we are still giving out poor customer service as a big known corporation. I MEAN COME ON! DO BETTER!!

I drove up to the drive thru. Immediately a young lady takes my order. Drive to to the 2nd window, the young lady greets me, and I pay for my order. I drive to window #1. The young lady at that window practically throws my son's drink at me and then very rudely said pull up around the corner to space #1. I move a long to space #1. There are no other customers/cars in the drive-thru and I'm confused as to why I had to move. I wait 20 minutes. At this point, I now have cars parked behind me waiting on their orders. An employee walks out of the building and comes to my car. She asks if I ordered the 2 lattes. Nope! Sure didn't. Five more minutes pass. She returns with my order and tells me it was on the counter and none of the employees knew who it was supposed to go to. Every time you go to

It was VERY slow this evening although they were not overly busy. Did not have a specialty order either, just nuggets and fries. Usually they are quicker, but this evening was not good at all service wise.

i always come here after work for a 20 piece nugget. (always asked fresh) i’m getting tired of my shit being refried and rubbery… the only manager that really cares about the customer is michelle really…i’ve always enjoyed our 3 second interaction at the window bc she gets it RIGHT EVERYTIME lol, but i think ima just forget about fast food industries anyway, their employees aren’t the nicest so who’s to say what they doing to my food when i ask for it every EVERYTIME! couldn’t even finish the rest, yk your nuggets aren’t fred when the not burning ur mouth , and are hard at rubber simply. My dog & I ate 2 and chucked the rest.

Check your bags and your food before you leave this location! I ordered a #2 breakfast (Sausage McMuffin with Egg), and when I opened it, half of the bottom bun was missing or broken off. It looked so bad I was honestly skeptical about the cleanliness of the kitchen or if they have a pest problem. I actually had to go back and tell the staff to give me a proper bottom bun. To top it off, they didn't even put napkins in the bag, and the communication at the intercom was terrible. They clearly couldn't hear me—maybe it’s time for better earpieces so customers don't have to repeat themselves constantly. As someone who believes in hard work and providing good service, I find it shameful to hand a customer food in that condition. Truly a horrible experience. Not naming the person but they shoul
