McDonald's

I visited this place in morning was very busy give my order in about 18 minutes after I placed the order and my order was not complete the plate I ordered only give half eggs when I complain take me waiting like another 10 minutes to ask the manager finally see me there and told me that’s is how came . Badly tested meats very old.. 11/28/2025 9:55 am and getting out the place 10:20 order to go.

It's mcdonalds. The food came out, I paid more than its worth, and I got product. Why even talk about service? Its a mcdonalds. Atmosphere? I was in the drive thru. If sitting in my car for 20mins in a drive thru is anything... is fast food even fast?

I wish I could get zero Stars this McDonald's is absolutely the worst McDonald's in the world to come to. I came here because it's closer to my house, but from now on I will go the one that's 10 minutes away I will never come to this so cold establishment ever again these people do not care they are sorry I waited damn near 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee they never have the frappes. These people do not care and they have the nastiest attitudes on top of that they are as slow as molasses who's keeping this people open this place needs to be shut down

Did the order on the mobile app as I pulled up into the parking lot and by the time I got inside it was ready for me. The place was packed too drive-through was wrapped around the building and the parking lot was almost full. The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in forever.

I’ve order mobile breakfast on 2 occasions 20-30 minutes before they close breakfast and on both times they’ve told me the cancelled the order because “I made the order 10 minutes before they close breakfast”. No where on the app or website does it say this…employees are most likely closing the breakfast station early at the inconvenience of customers. On top of that the manager does not try to help or make it right. Horrible location- ill start driving up to thornburg.
