McDonald's

This experience was so bad! We ran to McDonald to get some quick food to take home. Big mistake. My husband got back with the food but we were missing all the fries and sauces. He had asked before he left if he had everything and was assured he did. So back he went to get the forgotton food. The worker wanted him to take the cold fries that were in the bag still on the counter by drive through. While he was still there we discovered that the chicken sandwiches were all spicy, which we hadn't ordered. So something else he had to wait for. We won't bother with McDonalds in Hyrum again.

ALWAYS check your quarter pounders before eating them from this location. This is the third time I have gotten one that was not cooked all the way. Think it’s just safer not to order it at this point.

the management here needs work, internally i as a customer shouldn't overhear britani and kaitlyn talking with staff about write ups. On another person like gossip.

Wanted to pick up an order for a friend that they ordered through that app, but was told the phone that made the order had to be within a 3 mile radius. My friend had to drive 10 miles to pick up their food.

McDonald's is notorious for having the best soda. I don't think I've ever been to a McDonald's that has such a bad soda machine.
