The cashier got my order wrong twice while ringing me up. Had to bring over a manager twice then forgot to ring up my hashbrown and had an attitude when I asked about it. Then deleted my coffee and re-added it which erased the custom way it was made so I had to turn back and request creamers and sugars which I had to wait for because they wouldn't help me kist kept walking past me and manager or cashier had ugly attitudes and never ever bothered to apologize about the whole experience I would not recommend this place whatsoever I would give 0 stars if I could and if the manager sees this review I recommend take care of your customers better and needs and discipline your staff when needed.

Ordered our food at 3:45 pm. Waited 15 minutes for it. People who orderd after us received their food. After inquiring about our food, found out it was given to other customers. We were asked "did you pay for it"? Um, how do I have a receipt if i didn't pay for it ? Employee came over to other customers and took the food and went behind the counter. Tables messy, drink area sticky and gross. Only good thing about this experience was the restrooms were clean and well maintained. Confirms why I'm not a fan of any Mcdonald's.

If there was an option for no stars that’s the rating I’d leave after my experience yesterday. I don’t usually have issues with anything except long wait period at the speaker even though hardly anyone is there… Yesterday October 28th I placed an order ahead order at 10am for breakfast so I could quickly stop by grab my food and continue my nearly 3 hour trip to Children’s with my 5 month old. I ordered ahead so it would be ready when I got there because I didn’t have time to wait and knew it might be a couple minutes past breakfast I also used my points and one of my daily deals in this order. I got to the location and was at the speaker if not right at 10:30 with a few minutes of it but waited for a long time (3 other people were waited on before me) when someone finally comes on the spe

Got in there at 6 in the morning to get breakfast, but we had. I had to wait on those 3 ladies that were gossiping about God knows what and they saw me, but they just didn't have no sense of urgency to go take my order. And when I finally did order and get my order, the tater tots, the hash Browns were cold, I had to take them back then I asked them to give me my breakfast sandwich with no cheese and goalie behold there was cheese. It was, they didn't have we were the only customers there. There's no excuse for it, never would go back really bad service for employees, they couldn't even take care of 2 people.

I went here on a morning the store was very busy. Thinking it still wouldn’t take long, I stayed. That was a mistake. I spent 40 minutes inside waiting because my order was wrong. On top of that, they wanted to lecture me about how I was wrong and I should just keep what I had. When I finally got the food I ordered, the egg in the breakfast sandwich was bad
