Do yourself a favor and go to the West Boylston St. Worcester location. What ever added time to your commute you’ll get back two-fold in your wait time. I have never had a good experience at this location. I wish I had timed just how long it took tonight with ONLY 1 car in the drive-thru ahead of me. By the time I made it to the window to get my food, the line was to the street and not because it’s a busy time/location. Food was cold by the time we got home and the ride is about 5min! Won’t be going back. I have never left a review for fast food because expectations aren’t generally that high. Another first was almost calling the restaurant from the line to see if the speakers were broken. Don’t, is my advice. Just don’t.

It is currently monopoly game season the store ran out of soda cups with the game piece. They did have coffee cups with the game piece. I asked to get a coffee with my meal I was told they can not make that kind of substitution . I asked why, I got a blank dumb stare. The cashier looked so confused. my soda and fries did not have game pieces the only game piece I did get was from the nuggets. The food came out just barley past luke warm like they warmed it up then cooled it down somehow. The dam nuggets was luke warm aren't they and the fries to be made to order. there was no one there they should have fired up a fresh batch. Cheese was half melted . I almost sent it all back but wanted to get out of there quick because the plumbing was bad and the place smelled of a backed up toilet.

15 minute wait for dining in. No one else in the restaurant except for an employee eating their jersey Mike's sub. Nearly every table was filthy, walls are filthy etc. After waiting 15 minutes for my food. I got a burger made missing the "deluxe" ingredients. Brought it back to the counter, they threw a few topping on and gave it back. Not hot. My child's cheese burger happy meal burger had a stale burger bun and also not hot. Also noting, the staff is not friendly and they dont speak more then a word or two when interacting with them, and one of the words is not sorry. Overall waste of $25 on fast food, won't be back to this location.

Have lived in the area for 20 years. This has been consistently one of the worst McDonald's I've visited in my lifetme. You can be certain that half the time, someone speaking broken English will be an order taker and will not understand half of what you're saying You can also be certain that your order will be incorrect more than half the time. Make sure you fully check your order before pulling away. When you get your order, be prepared for fries that taste like weeks old oil. The food is average. The only positive is that the line is usually short, likely because people are sick of such ridiculous service.

I got one coffee the total was 2.11 I gave her 2.25 because that’s what I had. She said ok all set. I ask what about my change? She says “what did you give me? Looking confused. I said “2.25”. She tells me she has “no change, no money here. I have no money” proceeds to arbitrarily hand me a nickel.. I drove away shaking my head. I’m really concerned the real reason was she couldn’t count. And if they don’t have change, why?
