McDonald's

This is a nice modern facility my disappointment comes however with having just ordered and rounded up the change, I believe to help end hunger and overhearing a man who was a dollar short in cash try to pay the other dollar by card and be told he had to pay one way or the other. He suggested looking into it because literally almost every place offers that option (and I know for a fact he's not wrong). The managers response was different business's have different policies, this is ours. My feedback would be if you're going to scrooge people out of a meal because the transaction fee on just a dollar isn't worth it for you maybe don't ask your customers for money to end hunger and then show your perfectly willing to let a paying customer go hungry because you don't like the legitimate means

I didnt like the vibe from customers doing their own orders. A couple of older people were frustrated because no one was paying attention to the counter (I don't blame them!) It's like the good customer service was thrown out when all the online and kiosk orders came about. They need to at least have someone paying attention to the customers at the counter! The food was excellent and everything was correct so I 👍 them on that!

The place here is always friendly and the service is always great but $4.38 for an iced coffee is Getting a little expensive for me. But as the cashier explained to me, they had to raise their prices. I get that and don’t blame them.

I drink decaffeinated coffee for health reasons. I still enjoy the smell, taste and richness of a bold cup of Joe. However, the decaffeinated Senior ☕️ was not flavorful. Nor did it smell of a beautifully brewed cup. Watery is not why people drink decaffeinated. Great service.

Had a complaint regarding the app and trying to put in the parking spot. I had tried to get my food by going inside and grabbing it myself. However the staff were completely unhelpful and they refused to let me talk to their supervisor. Two of the workers had been very arrogant and only said something about order numbers and did not help at all in resolving the complaint or getting me my food at all.
