I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. They made me pull around stating waiting on the fries. ...I went in to get ketchup and the odd lady said they had none or she was slow cause she went and asked other employees and came ba k and said they had other sauces.They didnt have a counter with napkins and stuff like regular Mc Donald's stores. Anyway, I went back out to my vehicle and my food arrived by a nice lady that went and retrieved me a few ketchup packets. I didnt realize my fries were not full until I was already on 290... this was a bad experience. the fries were only a dollar but still they should have been full.

I finally gave up! Attempted to use the app to get an egg McMuffin on special, not available at this location? Ok switch to a sausage burrito 🌯 and I spent over 10 minutes and could NOT get the app to accept my order? Well, on to the next fast food place? Hope their app works?

My caramel frapechino tased like water I asked for my cash back Maria manager insulted me with her coworkers in Spanish. Immediately Debra helped me as Maria refused to give me her name. Debra kindly made the best frapechino with a smile.

If I could rate their customer service less than a star I would. Stood at the register for upwards of 5 minutes and no one even even acknowledged me then I had to order on the kiosk. When I did order from the kiosk I put the folded egg and a round egg on a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. They just inferred that I just wanted the round egg instead of giving me both like I ordered. Once I figured that out I went to the front and waited for another 5+ minutes. Before I just gave up and left and decided to write this review. I got better things to do then wait at a register, just to be disrespected.

They are very stingy with the frappes. Every time I have gotten one from this location it is never full. I've never seen another do this. Dang $5 and they can't even give you a full one. Ridiculous.
