McDonalds …what happened? Cold, old French fries, soda had melted ice, meaning it was sitting there for a long time…service? They will treat you like they are doing a favor to you and look the picture of the cheese. Half sliced. If you pay for extra cheese…you get the whole slice. Is that what McDonalds now everywhere or just at Terminal E here at ATL airport? Maybe…just maybe…that’s why Shake Shack at Termnal A and 5 Guys At terminal C are having more business than you. MD use to be all about consistency and friendly service….no more…no here at Terminal E.

My worst experience with the franchise. I got my drink spilled at the top and my fries were scattered inside the takeaway bag. My 20 nuggets were for some reason not in a regular box but two 10 piece paper holders. I’m confused as to why is there a separate spot to get drinks? You need to wait twice to get your stuff and it causes queues. Never seen it before despite visiting the franchise in 4 countries across various locations… Food itself was mostly good but overpriced. Thought the nuggets seemed old, because they were kinda hard. I’ve also gotten rushed by the cashier even after deliberately standing further back to think about what I want, looking at the screen. She called me out and made me come order, despite the fact that there weren’t people waiting.

pleased to order a drink, two hours after McDonald’s open mobile order was available. Don’t know if it’s a technical issue or the staff decides when they want to work. 24 hours should be updated mobile order should be activated if it’s open. Waiting to be served a drink for two hours in the mobile app. The attitudes of the employees was cool with me i’m already used to McDonald’s profesionalism. The issue is electronic and it doesn’t help when the lines are full. Just a heads up for McDs costumers. Wait until 6 am for mobile orders and by the that time the lines are full. So I can’t blame the employees it’s a technical issue at most

This was the worst im flying alone with a toddler it’s 8pm my flight is at 10pm I just wanted to get us food. Yall took my money, didn’t ask for why sauces, didn’t give us cups for our drinks, and then I saw you didn’t get me my food or any sauces at all. I’m literally sobbing at my gate and just found out it got changed to another gate and have to figure out how to convince my toddler to walk more. Just why would you do this to someone?

Terrible, terrible, terrible! I flew with Frontier Airlines out of ATL airport… which was about a 10-15 minute walk away from this location I ordered ahead of time. Very rude service! Very nasty food! I’m so glad I had a $5 coupon on my phone via the app. Still and all I’m mad that I lost my $5. The iced coffee was lukewarm and the bacon biscuit was under cooked. Don’t go!
