I can't rate it much on customer service I seen a few bad reviews of it but I can say it was very late when I went and I had to order off the app so not much to say about the customer service but I did have to wait a while but when I got home to eat I can actually say for the first time ordering McDonald's here in Columbus that the wait was worth it I normally order at East Livingston just because it's closer but 1000% didn't recommend it here at least they had everything I ordered and didn't make me waste money because they couldn't refund me what they didn't have anyways this location was worth going to I got home everything was fresh and hot the chicken was juicy not dry and sitting on the rack for hours everything was neatly put together and packed not just thrown together so from my e

Came in tonight around eleven thirty p m and ordered a dubble quarter pounder meal... ended up being a mcdouble meal.. I am a truck driver.I just worked fourteen hours and I was very hungry. I was very disappointed.. it just really sucks that you always have to make sure that your meal is right before you leave a restaurant. I paid for a double quarter pounder combo and ended up getting mcdubble combo.... French fries was not fresh and halfway filled.. I was just very disappointed all the way around.. Manager on duty was very rude and disrepectful! No customer service at all. Went through the drive though order a 40 pc nugget 3 mcdoubles 4 small 2 large fries and a sweet tea. Was told at the window to pull up and wait. Waited 20 minutes ! What came out was only 2 sandwhiches and fries! The drive thru order taker didnt put the nuggets on the order after repeating it to us 3 times.. the manager basically said well it wasnt ordered so your out of luck or come in and order it.. went in after noticing we didnt have 3 sandwhiches and was still missing the large sweet tea.. the girl at the counter was just as rude as the manager rolling her eyes acting like it was a big inconviance to help us.. NOT ONCE DID THEY APPOLOGIZE FOR THE ORDER NOT BEING TAKEN RIGHT OR WHAT THEY DID TAKE BEING GIVEN

I ordered 4 piece kids meal with an extra fry, ranch and small root beer. I did not receive the extra fry, sauce or drink. I redeemed a 6 piece kids meal didn’t get it at all. I ordered 2 grinch meals and did not receive the socks nor drinks. I did the buy 1 get 1 free 10 piece and got the nuggets and no sauce. This place is consistently bad, especially when you use a third party service. I hate going here because it’s always slow, I do the order ahead and still have to wait 15 mins for my food. If it wasn’t for my kids I would never go here, and I only go here because it’s the only one close to me.

Screen is broke and they rush you to order. Out of small cups so they said they HAD to up charge me. Out of cup holders. And with that all of my pops were not filled up all the way. Lazy, rude. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to only good thing fries were fresh
