Found metal in my sausage mcgriddle. The store will not answer the phone.

Food's okay, service us okay, but those employees were not taught about why you don't use the same mop head in the dining room & bathroom that they used in the kitchen. I have walking problems & the floors are so greasy & slick (and I walked in right after they'd gotten done cleaning the bathrooms!) that I damn near fell a half dozen times from the combination of oils & water on the floor. I will NEVER step foot into this place ever again since they don't care about the disabled people.

Rude! sitting in drive-through for 20 minutes to receive cold food! After they park me she shut the window before I could ask for Sauce. So when she brings me my food I asked for mild sauce she tells me I have to pay for it which I know it’s free after working for McDonald’s for over 15 years! then we go inside she gets mad because when I tell her it’s free the computer has no charge so she gets mad and tells me not even to worry about it and hand me the sauce.

The crew was banging out orders thru the drive thru. Greeted nicely upon entering. The dining room was clean and the restroom too. Great service here.

Just pathetic. Went thru drive thru for breakfast and iced coffee. After giving money and getting food wad told ice coffee machine being cleaned and asked us to swap for plain coffee. We did, and we asked for credit for what we paid for the iced coffee. Server acted like we offended her. She talked to someone else and came back. Left again and came back and told us to pull down to wait on credit. I knew right then we weren't getting anything back. We went ahead and ate breakfast while we waited for the credit. After 12 minutes, no credit. It's only a little more than a dollar, but it's the principle of it and also how we were treated. I see the place only has a 3.1 rating anyway so it looks like I'm not the only one treated poorly.
