McDonald's

Came through at 10pm on Saturday the 13th window person was nice no complaints actually was awesome. But… I got 4 sandwiches all of them were out of temp cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger, bun was rock solid so COOK need to do BETTER! Time your food make fresh food not let it sit till it’s cold and HARD and out of food safety policy I don’t work fast food but I damn know my burger ain’t shouldn’t be HARD and COLD!

I have been going to McDonald's for over fifty years. After I was grown I continued to go to McDonald's, not for the kids attraction that is gone now, but for the convenience. There had been an growing issue is the food quality is in decline as well as the service quality. During COVID, just like all business, had to change how they serve the public. Everything declined, but now that COVID is over everything only send to be getting worse. All locations have two drive through order lanes, but only one pay and pickup lane. None of that matters because the issue is not taking and paying for orders that is the problem. It is getting the food in a timely manner. The order was taken correctly and read back correctly but ended up with a wrong order. Either someone wasn't paying attention or can't read english. As much as your food costs I shoudn't have to check my order. 23 bucks for breakfast is ridiculous and 2.29 for a hashbrown is just abhorrent.

No ketchup on the burger or in the store..... None!!! No decent sauces for the nuggets. Didn't even tell us the burger had no ketchup. How can a McDonald's run out of ketchup or sauces? They could have at least offered us a refund. We went through the drive through. What's up McDonald's?

Inedible. Never going back. Ordered two fish filet sandwiches at 11:30 pm on 1/4/26. Fish patties were basically hockey pucks and the bread resembled actual show leather. It boggles the mind to imagine how bad this was, and that someone thought it was good enough to serve.
