McDonald's

It was a fast food breakfast and I haven’t had one of these in a long time. I can see why! I am not a breakfast person anyway, but this help me confirm why. Is it just me or has the size of the McGriddle…bacon, egg, and cheese…scales way back in size? That thing was tiny as hell! Obviously it’s not the fault of the staff and store. Plus the people here were very nice and extremely helpful.

Can’t take a basic order at 7:00am! Forgot drink and waited 15 min with only 4 cars in front of me. Fast food?? Don’t think so! What working person has that kind of time to burn..

Whatever brown hair girl with glasses working the drive thru at 714pm on 12/09 was RUDE AS HELL. She skipped me for another vehicle when taking orders, when I was there for longer than the other vehicle. Rude when I brought it to her attention and didn't say a single word to me when I pulled up, not even confirming the order before I was charged. All I knew is that I could have been paying for another vehicles order and I waited for my receipt to make sure too since she didn't say a word to me. Horrible customer service from her. She didn't have a name badge on or I'd be using her name.

We waited 45 minutes for our food while drive thur was in and out , then my child !! Opened his wrapped burger and seen some had took a bite out of it this is disappointing, disgusting, and disrespectful!! Lucky the manager was able to make the new sandwich over less than a minute but something else should be done !!

Edit: I would give them 3 stars. We drive thru this McDonald's probably 4 times a week on the way to work. Its usually great for a quick coffee, breakfast or burger and fries. Here lately its going down hill. The lady that takes our order and we pay at the first window, (she rides the motorcycle, sorry I don't know your name) is ALWAYS the friendliest, most efficient, hard working employee they have. She is always spot on and smiling. Then you get to the second window. The "manager" that's back there (usually during morning and early afternoon shift) is impatient with her employees. We returned an iced Caramel coffee to the girl in the 2nd window because after the 100's we've had we could tell the color was off, it looked like milk. The "manager" griped at her instead of directing and help
