McDonald's

Good quality food. My main gripe is that the McCafe machine is down ALL THE TIME. Food is much better than other locations. But I can rarely get a latte...if I visit 3 times a week, I get latte availability maybe twice a month

I decided to go to McDonlds today after a very long time I wanted a quarter pounder with no mustard extra ketchup with one shot of mayo with extra pickles and extra onions but no the lady in the front drive-through didn’t follow my orders correctly. She wanted me to go all the way around like one more time to re-order my stuff because she doesn’t know how to do it properly but when I told her I used to work there, she was like oh OK my bad she decided to do it how she’s supposed to do it and put it all in one order Because I tried wanting it to be a Meal but she was like I don’t know how to do it even though she just did I thought I’d check my receipt correctly, but I didn’t so I decided to eat the sandwich even though I did not like it, but I forgot my ice cream so I decided to use the cu

I just came from aitkin McDonald’s where I left due to terrible customer service. I came here and it was refreshing to have a friendly voice behind the microphone in the drive thru. She was helpful with me while I navigated the app and she was also patient I am please with the service. Especially after such an awful experience at the McDonald’s the town before this one. I am traveling. And hungry.

Stopped at the Mille Lacs McDonald’s for breakfast today. The food came out super fast (less than two minutes), but the value menu options were really limited, and I couldn’t use my reward points for most breakfast items. Kind of disappointing since I usually count on the app for better deals.

Service was absolutely terrible manager was rude and wouldn’t ask for my money back manager threw my money across the counter. Wouldn’t say a word to me. My money fell on the floor and when I asked the manager to pick it up, she just looked at me and walked away. I spent 88$ and I got treated this way it was 1 in the afternoon. I can’t imagine how a customer in rush hour gets treated .
